How Does Our Shipping Work?

Eliserie works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source trending products at the best prices. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Because your products may be coming from so far away, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Most of the time your product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware of the shipping timeframe.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost may vary by items.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 7 - 15 Business  days delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@eliserie.com.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Returns and Refund Guarantee

For items received that are not as we described in our listing or are defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
